Order Processing and Delivery Time
To provide you with the clearest expectation, please review the total estimated time to receive your order below:
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing Time: 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Our business hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) after the order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Therefore, the total estimated time to receive your order is 7 to 11 business days from the moment you place it.
Shipping Rates
We offer a simple and clear fee structure for all orders:

Free shipping on all orders $199 and up.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 on all orders under $199.
The applicable shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS.
Shipping Area & Restrictions

Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Restrictions: To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Drapiqq (Inktoscript LLC) is not liable for lost packages or delivery delays due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To resolve the issue quickly, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review your case and resolve it within 5-7 business days.
Taxes & Handling Fees
