30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible reasons.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return and a full refund or replacement, your situation must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged Item: The book you received has significant damage (e.g., torn pages, broken spine, water damage).

  • Defective Item: The book has manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, missing pages).

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different book than the one you ordered.

Please note: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of “change of mind,” ordering the incorrect book, or other personal reasons. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital products (Ebooks) after they have been downloaded.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This is required for us to process your request.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the next steps.

  3. Resolution: Depending on the issue and our publisher’s policy, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. We will inform you if the original item needs to be returned.

Refunds

If your return is approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process the refund.

Kindly remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the defective or incorrect item and place a separate, new order for the correct book.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. After this period, your order is likely already in the processing stage with our publishing partners and can no longer be canceled.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
